From Zero to AI in Four Hours - No Lab Coat Required (but strongly encouraged)

This is our flagship event. In four hours, we take a blank-slate contact center to a fully AI-powered, Salesforce-native customer experience — live, with real phone calls. Spots are capped at 20 attendees, so every seat counts.

You'll build through three progressive blocks:

Block 1 — The Foundation: Configure the full VCC backend — agent skills, routing groups, call flows, and Salesforce user mapping. Unlock the Vonage Call Summary Object, which can deliver more interaction data than the native Salesforce Voice Call object.
Block 2 — The Intelligence Layer: Enable real-time transcription across 125 languages, trigger AI-powered Next Best Action cards mid-call based on live keyword detection, and embed VCC dashboards directly inside Salesforce Omni Supervisor — no tab switching, no second login.
Block 3 — The AI Singularity: Connect Salesforce Agentforce Voice to Vonage over SIP, passing full call context at handoff so agents already know everything before they say hello. Then explore Vonage AI Studio as a parallel AI path, with full transcript and sentiment data written back to Salesforce automatically.
