Alloya has reserved a room block with a discounted room rate of $279/night for the nights of September 8-10. To receive the discounted room rate, please make reservations by 5:00 pm CT on August 14, 2026, by calling 1-888-444-6664 and mentioning that you are with the Alloya group. Online reservations are also available at this link. The room rates are available +/- three days from the conference dates, based on availability.

Please Note: Once the block is sold out, the aforementioned discounted room rate is not guaranteed, and rooms will be offered at the prevailing rate.

Hotel Tax Exemption

If your credit union is eligible for tax exemption, please bring your completed state of Tennessee or NCUA tax exempt form and provide it to the hotel representative when checking in, and be sure to pay by using a company or credit union-issued credit card. Please contact the event coordinators at events@alloyacorp.org if you have any questions.

Parking Information

Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $60-$75/day, plus tax. The cost fluctuates as the hotel uses dynamic pricing. Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage, adjacent to the hotel, for $35/day, plus tax, without daily in and out privileges. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun.

The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from Nashville International Airport (during non-peak driving times).
