On occasion, the Society would like to use these photographs on the website or for BOFAS publications (eg course documents, meeting summaries provided to the BOA). Prior to publication by these means, the images will be vetted to prevent release of personal information. These images may be stored on a secure database for these purposes for a maximum of three years and will be deleted from the database after that time.
