2026 CTOTF User Registration

We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 CTOTF User Registration! To secure your spot, please complete your registration and submit your credit card payment. You are invited to bring one guest to our CTOTF-sponsored evening dinners, provided they are traveling with you, registered in advance, and at least 21 years old. Please note that guests may not attend conference breakfasts, lunches, breaks, or roundtables.

"USERS" CLARIFIED

Power Plant User (Owner / Operator)

A Power Plant User is an individual who:

• Works directly for a company that owns, operates, or maintains a power generation facility, and
• Is not selling, marketing, or representing products or services to power plant owners or operators.

Typical Power Plant User roles include (but are not limited to):

• Plant Manager / Operations Manager
• Plant Engineer / Power Generation Engineer
• Maintenance Manager / Supervisor
• Operations, Controls, or Reliability Engineer
• Utility or Power Agency employee directly supporting plant operations

Individuals who do not qualify as Power Plant Users, and therefore, not eligible for a User Registration include:

• Equipment vendors, OEMs, service providers, consultants, contractors, or sales representatives
• Companies marketing products or services to power plants

**IMPORTANT**

The deadline to register for the User Registration Early Bird rate ($850 per person) is July 23, 2026. After this date, the rates will increase to $899 per person.

Please note that all user registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost for the same conference. To make this change, please contact Beth Doyle at bethdoyle@ctotf.org

GROUP DISCOUNT RATES

Discount rates are available for groups of five or more attendees from the same company. This pricing is available based on the size of your group. Contact Beth Doyle at bethdoyle@ctotf.org for more information.
