Amatista Cookhouse is the main full-service restaurant inside the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. It is located on the lobby level, just off the main lobby area.
Directions: Walk past the lobby seating area toward the lagoon side of the resort. Take the Elevators or stairs down to the Lagoon level. Follow signs toward the Water Taxi. Amatista Cookhouse will be directly ahead along the waterfront promenade before reaching the dock. A useful landmark: if you can see the water taxi dock and lagoon, you are within a minute's walk of Amatista. It sits between the main resort interior and the waterfront area used by guests heading to the Universal parks.
