Patron registration is the same process as attendee registration.

Enter the name of one person to receive complimentary registration, then select your patron package on the second page.
Instructions on how to register the additional individual will be emailed.

Payment must be made for benefits to become available. Allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Patron support and Exhibit space are non-refundable.

Please sign up and submit your logo by May 10, 2027* to guarantee inclusion in the final program and on signs.
*Diamond lanyard deadline is April 30, 2027.

Limited exhibit tables are available for $3,000, or as part of the Diamond or Platinum Patron benefits (see above).
Exhibit tables are only available for purchase when registering as a conference attendee or patron.

Exhibit Only registration includes one complimentary registration. Any additional representatives at the exhibit table must also register, either at the general rate or using an additional patron complimentary registration code (Diamond Patrons receive a total of 5 registrations; Platinum Patrons receive a total of 4 registrations).

Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.

Two chairs
Logo in the program and on the conference website (if registered by May 10, 2027)

Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors.

Signs and pop-up displays are permitted only if they fit on top of the provided 6’ table or directly behind it. Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit.
