MSA San Diego's 32nd Annual Golf Tournament

GOLF COURSE: Carlton Oaks Golf Club offers an 18-hole championship Dye-designed course has golf roots that date back to 1958. However, the course was totally renovated by Perry Dye, son of Paul B. “Pete” Dye, in 1989.   The design takes full advantage of the natural river-valley setting and includes a meandering creek, mature trees and sparkling lakes, all of which combine to provide a round of golf as stimulating for the eyes as it is for the mind. The course employs a typical Dye design by using pot bunkers, railroad ties and peninsula greens to create a dramatic effect.

Carlton Oaks is located just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. It is close to the city’s most popular tourist attractions such as the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Midway Museum.

PURPOSE:  To improve education within the public works sector, the San Diego Chapter presents the scholarship awards annually to the person(s) who best meet the scholarship requirements. Criteria for the award are based on the purpose to foster education, training and development beyond high school, acceptance to an accredited college of their choice with emphasis on majoring in public works technology, public works administration or engineering. 

DRESS CODE:  Appropriate golf attire is required.  Collared shirts and slacks are preferred.  No denim shorts, hard cleats (metal spikes), or tank tops.  Also, no coolers allowed.

TEAMS:  To help us set up the teams, please provide the names of the people in your foursome if you plan to golf.   If you do not enter as a team, we will pair you with others to complete a foursome.
