In 2025, the TRIRIGA functionality was rebranded by IBM and integrated into the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) as Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF). This “new product,” formerly known as TRIRIGA, is now an integrated part of the Maximo family and includes add-ons for Space and Service Management, Lease Accounting, and Capital Planning.
