Conference registration fees
The registration fee will include lunch and dinner from Monday until Friday lunch inclusive, the welcome wine reception (no dinner), conference access on all days, the tour to historic castles and/or traditional distilleries, and the Gala dinner.
Early bird rates are automatically applied for registrations made on or before 16 August:
- Early bird student rate: £750
- Early bird standard registration: £850
Standard rates will apply for registrations made after 16 August:
- Student registration: £900
- Standard registration: £1000

Accessibility, Assistance, and Dietary Restrictions
We would like to ensure that all delegates can fully engage with ICUIL 2026. Please let us know if you require any specific arrangements or if you have any specific dietary requirements (e.g. wheelchair access, nursing rooms, high-contrast material, peanut allergy etc.)
Note: This information is confidential and will only be used to ensure appropriate accommodation, materials, and food are assigned.
Accompanying Person
Delegates may be joined by an accompanying person. Please note they will not have access to conference sessions.
Additional charges will apply, and can be selected in further pages:
- £20/night for double occupancy – includes breakfast only
- £310 for Tours (Wednesday) and the Gala dinner (Thursday)
- £240 to join evening 3-course meals from Monday – Wednesday (Lunch not included for guests)
