This course is a 1-day class designed for new AclaraONE Operators, Billing Administrators, Customer Service Representatives and Managers, RF Electric Project Managers, and for anyone who will be using the AclaraONE RF Electric AMI system in their daily work.
2026 sessions are February 24 and (cancelled) is August 25. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundation of understanding of how the RF electric AMI system operates and how data flows into AclaraONE.

Class times are from 8AM - 4PM at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
