Registration Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations for any registration type must be received by September 26, 2025; and a $125 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.
AACP Code of Conduct: As a 2025 AACP Annual Meeting participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Meeting Code of Conduct: Attendee Code of Conduct. This will be acknowledged by you during registration. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of your meeting access with no refund. Thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
Consent Clause: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AACP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by AACP. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as conference apps, websites, virtual session attendance and virtual booths visited.
