COVID-19 UPDATE:
The conference will be held VIRTUALLY via webinar on its originally scheduled date, Tuesday April 14, 2020. The event will not be held in person.
There is currently no change in the agenda and we will continue to offer CME credits as decribed on the conference website.

FEE UPDATE:
We have reduced the registration fee to $50 for all registrants and updated our registration accordingly. Please choose Virtual Conference as your registration type.
We will offer full refunds to any current registrant who does not want to participate in this event virtually. Please contact Alexandra Burke if you would like a full refund.
We will refund back the difference in amount from the updated $50 fee to all current registrants who still wish to attend, starting 3/23/20. We thank you for your patience.
