Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally-recognized training and credentialing program for building operators that offers improved job skills and more comfortable energy-efficient facilities. The training is led by industry experts, each with experience in the field they teach. Participants receive a collection of valuable reference materials created and updated by facility experts in energy efficient operations and building systems. The Training Certificate of Completion (TCOC) is an industry recognized credential, demonstrating knowledge and skills to employers and offering students a path to professional advancement.

Course Project Requirements
There are 5 project assignments in the Level II course. You will need information about your building’s general characteristics such as square footage and operating hours, HVAC equipment, lighting, and controls systems.
