Incidental expenses including personal bar bills or minibar charges, restaurant and room services charges, laundry services, pre-/post-event hotel extensions and extra activities not included in the agenda are the attendee’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. All attendees will be asked for a credit card upon check-in.
TRAVEL
Air Travel
After you've completed your registration, our dedicated travel manager, Prestige Global Meeting Source, will reach out within 2 - 5 business days to coordinate your flight arrangements into Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW).
Economy class airfare for you traveling between your home city and the designated airport during the program dates of September 15 - 17, 2026, is covered by Federated Insurance. Should you choose to extend your stay before or after the event dates, you will be responsible for the cost of the additional nights.
Booking your flights through our travel manager is required, and attendees are responsible for any fees related to flight changes.
Ground Transporation
Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided on September 15 and September 17 for you based upon your confirmed flight information as arranged by our dedicated travel manager.
