Meeting Venue and Lodging
Meals, meetings, and sleeping room accommodations will be hosted at Caribe Hilton, located in San Juan, PR.
Hotel rooms will be reserved based on the information provided during registration. The Church Center will cover room and tax charges; however, a personal credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
Meals are included, beginning with dinner on your arrival day.

Travel and Transportation
Please book your travel through Egencia, the official travel agency for The Episcopal Church. Egencia is our new self-booking platform for meeting-related air travel. All travelers will receive an email to book their flights. If you do not already have a profile, you will also receive an email inviting you to create a profile before booking.
