It’s time to renew your membership in Echelon, the LeadingAge Wisconsin quality improvement program for those who strive for excellence in assisted living. You must renew each licensed CBRF/AFH, and/or each registered/certified RCAC. By renewing your membership in Echelon, you are attesting to the fact that the facilities you renew are in compliance with all the state, Echelon, and WCCEAL requirements as outlined in the Echelon Expectations of Members and the Echelon Quality Improvement Protocol.
Echelon registration is by facility, not at the overall organization level. Please coordinate your Echelon registration so that each facility registers only once- thanks!
There is a $125 per facility registration fee for your facility representative(s) to attend all Echelon meetings throughout the year. Each person who attends an Echelon meeting should RSVP to ensure an accurate head count for lunch, handouts, and seating.
