2025 MeatMaster™ II Training Course

The course is designed to certify individuals to become MeatMaster “Super Users” for their location and be able to return to their plant with the knowledge to take control of MeatMaster™ software, applications, and hardware/maintenance and be capable of passing this information on in their own plant.

For the MeatMaster™ software, you will learn about the three software applications used which includes NOVA, MOSAIC and Process Touch and how to use the software to troubleshoot, organize and store data, recall data, create spreadsheets, set up products and adjust those products for accuracy, bone/metal detection, and weight. 

The application portion of the course will cover everything from everyday use, to formulating batches, to targeting certain lean points. There will also be time to discuss individual locations and what we can do better at those locations. An in-depth section on Global and Product Verifications will also be included. 

The hardware and maintenance section will cover how to care for your MeatMaster™ including PMAs, troubleshooting, component replacement, belt tracking alignments, database cleanup, and proper setup. Also included are proper start up and shutdown procedures.
