What to Expect

This free two‑day experience brings together teachers and community partners to collaborate, learn, and build stronger student pathways. Your experience will include:

• Strategies for developing employability and work‑based learning skills that help students build and demonstrate transferable competencies.
• PLTW guidance for Indiana’s new diploma + Readiness Seals, including state updates and how PLTW supports a smooth transition to new requirements.
• Best practices for strengthening K–12, higher ed, and industry partnerships to make pathways visible, aligned, and connected to Indiana’s priority sectors and student opportunities.
• Practical approaches for building AI and computer literacy for all students, including best practices for using AI as a teaching and learning tool.

Travel Guidelines

We’re excited to host you this fall at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel! There is no registration fee to attend, and PLTW will cover the cost of your hotel room for the Indiana PLTW Teacher Conference. You will be responsible for parking and incidentals.
