Early bird fee is €1100 per delegate until June 3, 2026
for IFA members only.

Fee per delegate for IFA member companies is €1400 and
€2000 for non-IFA member companies.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations received up until August 29, 2026 will be refunded (subject to 15%  cancellation fee).

You will have the opportunity to select your events and sessions during registration.

What is the procedure?

Please provide your passport details during online registration to receive an invitation letter.

Will there be a mobile App?

Yes! The mobile App will be released about a month before the conference starts. You will receive an email when it is available for download.

What is the weather like in Chiang Mai in October?

The month of October is characterized by essentially constant daily high temperatures from 29°C to 32°C.

Are guests allowed to attend?

A spouse or child (up to 12 years old) can attend the events (lunch and reception) if registered. Badges are needed for access.

Will conference presentations be available?

All conference material including presentations will be available on the event mobile App and on the conference web site at the end of each conference day.
