TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations received on or before the refund deadline of August 29, 2026 will incur a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the total registration amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the refund deadline.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be processed.
Please note:
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the deadline.
- Registration fees do not cover travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
- One accompanying person (spouse or child under 12 years old) is exempt from fees but must still be registered.

🛂 Passport & visas
A valid passport is required (minimum validity of 6 months at the time of departure).
Delegates are invited to check here and consult the nearest consulate in their country for visa requirements applicable to them.

✈️ Airport
Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) is located about 6 km from the hotel, approximately a 15-minute drive by car. It serves as the main gateway to northern Thailand and is the country’s fourth-busiest airport, handling both domestic and international flights.
