Sheraton Grand Sacramento is offering our conference attendees a discounted room rate on Wednesday, June 10 of $289 plus taxes, fees, surcharges. This discounted rate is available until May 18, 2026 or until the block is full. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at prevailing hotel rates
The group rate is available for 3 days before and after our event dates, pending availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

**Please do not book through travel agents, or websites like Orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity, as these reservations will not count toward the room block commitment nor can they be added to our block.
Having trouble getting into the room block?
Book a room at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento listed rate and email events@calchamber.com your confirmation number along with your check-in & check-out dates. When/if we get cancellation, we will attempt to move you into our block. Please note that requests to move into the block are not guaranteed.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Please note there is a 1-night deposit required at the time of booking with the credit card used online.
If you or your company need to pre-pay for your room in full, please call the hotel prior to arrival to arrange details with you.
The hotel has a 3-day change and cancel policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the deposit of one night rate + tax is not refundable.
