Is my company a CalChamber member?

Registration
Registration for the event will open on March 18, 2026. You will receive an email on this date inviting you to register.
Early Bird Registration ends on April 15, 2026. After that date, the cost of registration will increase to $100 for members and $150 for non-member.
The Registration Deadline is May 28, 2026 or once the event has reached maximum capacity.
*** No exceptions will be made after these deadlines. On-site registrations will not be accepted.
I used to be invited to the Host Breakfast without charge, would I need to pay to attend as a general attendee?
Yes. This was a significant update in our policy, given the event now offers access to sessions, a reception with statewide networking, and a premier dinner agenda. For additional questions, please email events@calchamber.com .
What is the substitution policy?
Substitutions for existing registrations are allowed until Thursday, May 28, 2026. After this date, no substitutions are allowed. Attendees are responsible for changing any hotel reservations associated with it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to events@calchamber.com by Thursday, May 28, 2026.
What is the refund policy?
A 90% refund of the registration fee will be granted for any cancellations made by Thursday, May 28, 2026. Any refunds granted after this date will be on a case-by-case basis and in the sole discretion of CalChamber. Refunds may not be processed until after the program concludes.
What methods of payment does CalChamber accept?
CalChamber accepts Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. If you need to pay for your registration by check, please email events@calchamber.com.
Where can I find the hotel information?
Hotel information will be released when registration opens on March, 18 2026. The overview of the hotel rates, policies, and other important information will be located on the Hotel tab.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE EVENTS
How do I address my food allergies/dietary restrictions and/or accessibility?
When you register for the conference, please share your dietary and/or accessibility needs or restrictions to help us prepare accordingly.
What is the suggested conference attire?
Business casual attire is requested at all day sessions. Additional cocktail or Business formal attire is requested for the California Business Outlook Dinner. We advise wearing layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.
REPORTABLE INFORMATION
Who is Reportable?
Government officials who submit annual Statement of Economic Interests – Form 700.
Those who are reportable include California Legislators, Capitol Staff and State Elected Officials.
Attendance at this event may constitute a reportable gift
Reportable Guests Must Check-In
Upon arrival at the conference please visit the Reportables Check-In table for more information about individual sessions. A letter will be sent to your office with the reportable amount for each session you attend within 30 days of the conference conclusion.
