PRE/POST OPPORTUNITIES
Please stay up to date on your email as we will be announcing pre/post opportunities once confirmed.
EVENT TRAVEL DATES
For travel purposes, please plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 27th and depart anytime on April 30th, or after 6:00pm on Thursday, April 29th.
AIR
Please fly into Toronto airport (YYZ). The Westin Toronto Airport is roughly 5 minutes away.
TRANSFERS
The Westin Toronto Airport includes complimentary shuttles upon arrival and $8 shuttles to airport upon departure. This service must be booked through the hotel.
PARKING
Those who are staying overnight and require parking, in & out access will be programmed onto their room key and can settle their charges along with their room charges at check-out. Those who are not staying overnight and require parking will receive a parking ticket at the entrance gate, located East of the hotel main entrance. You will need to go to front desk to settle your charge & validate the parking ticket prior to exiting. Discounted self-parking rate is $20.
As you should be selling travel protection to your customers, so should you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations or unforeseen emergency situations.
