2026 Geotechnical Radar Monitoring

The Geotechnical Radar Monitoring professional development course is brought to you by the Geotechnical Center of Excellence (GCE) at the University of Arizona. Course content was developed collaboratively by the GCE and leading industry experts. The course helps mining professionals understand and utilize geotechnical radar more effectively and provide new perspectives through real-world case studies from a variety of operations. Radar systems are an essential tool for real-time slope monitoring in the mining industry, playing a critical role in comprehensive pit monitoring programs when applied effectively.

All course content is online and available starting on April 28, 2026 and available until April 28, 2027. Learning is self-paced. Upon completion of course requirements a professional development certificate is issued for 24 hours.
