This two-day course is designed for new AclaraONE (and previous iiDEAS/ElecSolve /Parsons MDM, TNS, or TWACS OC) operators, billing administrators, customer service representatives and managers, TWACS project managers, and anyone who will be using the TWACS system in their daily work.
2027 sessions are March 17-18, June 23-24, Aug 18-19, and Oct 20-21. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundational understanding of how the overall TWACS AMI system operates to then facilitate an understanding of how data flows into AclaraONE. Students are encouraged to come prepared with a laptop with access to their own AclaraONE software. If unavailable, access to our training software will be provided.

Class times are from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
