Six Reasons to Stay at the Conference Hotel
Convenience: The Grand Hyatt Denver is the center of the IES26 conference activities. That means it is a quick elevator trip to get to all of the sessions and provides additional opportunities for networking with other conference attendees.
Costs Savings: At just $259 per room night, IES works to get the lowest room rate possible for all of our attendees Staying off-site can also mean several taxi trips back and forth—that adds up pretty quickly!
Save Time: Zero commute, zero waiting for your car to arrive, and zero time in traffic. That's all time better spent connecting with other attendees and making it to the next session in time to grab a quick coffee!
Focus: We all know the work never stops (even while we're at a conference learning and networking), but staying on-site, you’re less likely to be distracted by other priorities and can focus on just the conference.
Recharge: Sometimes you just need a few moments of quiet. Sneaking to your room for a quick break from the action is easier when it's just an elevator ride away!
Location: In addition to being the center of the conference, the Grand Hyatt Denver is in the heart of Downtown Denver. If you stay a few extra nights, you'll be able to go explore everything that Downtown Denver has to offer.
