Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel

The MSCHE 2026 Annual Conference will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel, 1200 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. 

Room Reservations

A limited number of sleeping rooms are available at an Attendee rate of $227 per night plus applicable taxes (single or double occupancy). All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

To receive the conference rate, you must indicate that you are attending the Middle States Commission on Higher Education Annual Conference. Reservations are made on a space and type-available basis. The hotel will hold the room block until November 17, 2026, or until the block is sold out—whichever comes first. After this date, any remaining unreserved rooms in the MSCHE room block will be released for general sale to the public on a space and rate-available basis.

Note that the Middle States Commission on Higher Education only contracts hotel services for the 2026 Annual Conference through the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel. No other company is authorized by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education to provide hotel reservations for our conference. MSCHE is not connected in any way with other companies claiming to represent or provide hotel services for the organization.

Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Parking

Limited on-site valet parking is available for an additional fee. Access to valet parking is located at the hotel's guest entrance, 1200 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA. Alternative off-site self-parking is available in the parking garage at 1201 Filbert Street.
