Abstract Submission
This two-day event will offer plenty of opportunities for delegates to give short oral and/or poster presentations.
A great opportunity to present your research in a low-pressure friendly environment among other early-career scientists and a select group of mentors.
We will offer constructive feedback about each oral and poster presentation in order to better prepare ECPs for attending future events
Abstract Submission Deadline is September 1st 2026.
After this date we will select delegates to provide 10-minute oral presentations. All delegates will have the opportunity to bring a poster presentation. We will host an evening poster session on October 20th.
Presenters should bring posters in portrait orientation with A0 maximum size.
Registration is not needed for abstract submission but anyone who is not registered by October 1st 2026 will have their abstract removed from the schedule.
If there is a good reason as to why you can't register before that date then please contact Geraint Parry (geraint@aab.org.uk). We will be flexible with this deadline :)
Hybrid Access
This event will be hosted as a hybrid event and we encourage abstract submission from people who will join the meeting remotely.
However we can not promise that online delegates will have the maximum benefit from the discussion portions of the workshop sessions, given the challenge of effectively capturing the audio of the discussions.
