CMC Central Symposium 2027

📢 Announcing the 2027 CMC Central Symposium! 📢

Join mathematics educators from across the Central Valley for an energizing professional learning experience focused on great teaching and meaningful mathematics for every student.

This year’s theme, “Empowering Every Student Through Joyful Mathematics,” celebrates classrooms where students are invited to think deeply, make sense of mathematics, share their ideas, and see themselves as capable mathematicians.

Why attend?

• Choose from over 40 engaging workshops led by classroom educators, coaches, mathematics leaders, and nationally recognized speakers.
• Explore practical strategies for creating inclusive learning experiences that elevate student thinking, voice, curiosity, and confidence.
• Leave with classroom routines, instructional approaches, resources, and ideas you can put into practice right away.
• Connect with educators from across California who share a commitment to improving mathematics teaching and learning.

And don’t miss our legendary CMC Central Game Night!

The CMC Central Symposium is more than a conference. It’s a chance to learn, connect, share ideas, and celebrate mathematics with a community of educators who care deeply about students and their experiences in the classroom.

Mark your calendar, invite your colleagues, and join us for a weekend of learning, connection, and joyful mathematics.
