If you will be traveling with one or two additional passengers in the same cabin, please include their information by clicking the “Add Passenger” button. For triple occupancy cabins, you will need to click this button twice to add all travelers.

Once the registration form is complete, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Please note: your card will not be charged until your Food & Wine Trails Travel Advisor has confirmed your cabin selection with the cruise line. After submission, your assigned Travel Advisor will contact you to review your travel preferences and finalize details.

All program specific information will be sent to the primary passenger's email listed above, including program updates, pre/post-cruise program and shore tour notifications and releases. If you would like for another person (like your spouse, traveling companion or assistant) to receive these updates as well, please add their email into the CC Email Address Field below.

Passport Information

Food and Wine Trails requires a copy of the passport within 30 days of booking. USA & Canadian citizens must present a valid passport. The name on all cruise documents must be the same as on your passport.  Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return. Visit www.travel.state.gov for details.
