Registration for in-person attendance has now closed.

The deadline was Thursday, August 23 by 5 PM CST.

The Saturday virtual attendance option for Professionals will remain open until Friday, August 7 by 12 PM CST.

The National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) prepares chapter leaders to springboard into the year, helping them align their plans with SHPE’s mission and goals. It is developed specifically to learn best practices for running a successful chapter and for executing national objectives at a local level.

NILA is split into two parts. The Certified Chapter Leader Program (CCLP) is virtual and is for all chapter leaders. The Presidents Summit is an in-person event specifically for chapter presidents and vice presidents.

Benefits include:

*Regional leaders, chapter presidents, and vice presidents are expected to attend both parts. Registration fees for regional leaders (RVP, RGR, RSR, RJR) and chapter advisors are comped. You will receive separate instructions on how to register.

**If your chapter president and/or vice president is unable to attend, you may request another chapter leader t to go in their place. Submit a ticket to 'transfer a registration'  for approval HERE>

***Leaders will be assigned a roommate or you may request a specific roommate during the registration process.
