I hereby authorize the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) to publish and use still and moving photographs, videos, and audio and visual recordings taken on or about March 18-20, 2027 of my child and my child’s name, voice and likeness, for use in the Ron Clark Academy’s marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.

 I hereby release and hold harmless the Ron Clark Academy from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and for my child associated with the images specified above. Further, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of my child and that I have full authority to consent to and authorize the Ron Clark Academy to use my child’s name, voice and likeness. By signing this release, I agree that it is binding upon me, my child, and our heirs, successors, legal representatives, and assigns.

I acknowledge that the Ron Clark Academy may record my child’s participation on or about March 18-20, 2027 using video recordings taken on the school premises and through web hosting platforms. I understand that my child’s presentation/or participation therein may be videotaped, audiotaped, photographed, recorded, edited or the Ron Clark Academy and otherwise reproduce my child’s voice, image or likeness, for the purpose of being evaluated, broadcasted, published and distributed in various media for educational or other non- commercial purposes, including, but not limited to classrooms, Internet (including webcasts and podcasts and streaming video), or through any other communications media currently existing or later created.

 I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I nor my child will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these still and moving photographs, videos, and audio and visual recordings or participation in RCA marketing materials or other RCA publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said materials confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.  I agree that the actual material involved is and shall continue to be the property of the RCA and that neither I, nor my child, shall have any right of review or approval regarding the use of my child’s name, voice and/or likeness in such material.

 I hereby release the Ron Clark Academy its contractors, its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of RCA marketing materials and publications from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation and the participation of my child or arising out of the use of my child’s name, voice or likeness in accordance with the terms of this release.
