The landscape surrounding fair housing continues to evolve, bringing new considerations for public agencies. This webinar will provide a brief history of the Fair Housing Act and related laws. BBK Partners Isaac Rosen and Ryan Stager will address the continually evolving obligation to affirmatively further fair housing and how the interpretation of applicable rules and priorities is shifting under the current administration.
