Primavera P6 EPPM Managerial (Virtual)
Course Overview
Build the foundation for reading project performance in P6 EPPM through guided training for public power utilities. Attendees will learn to use dashboards, portfolios, and reports to track power and energy resource projects. Interpreting schedule and cost indicators will also be covered. This one-day course uses guided walkthroughs of the City Block Construction Project (CBCP) to provide an understanding of what the numbers mean, and what they do not.
Who Should Attend
Executives, directors, assistant directors, and managers who use P6 EPPM to review project and portfolio status rather than build schedules. This includes anyone who relies on dashboards, scorecards, and reports to stay informed on power and energy resource projects, and who wants to ask sharper questions of their project teams. No prior P6 experience is required.
