By attending the Nordic Innovation Day, I hereby grant Medidata and Dassault Systèmes permission to use ay content generated from or captured in connection with my attendance at the Nordic Innovation Day, including my name, biographical information, likeness, image (recorded, photographed or otherwise captured), picture, voice, quotes all or a portion of interviews or video recordings from the Nordic Innovation Day or any presentation or video interview whether written or recorded by video (collectively, "Attendee Content") in its promotional materials, public relations efforts, and on social media during and after the event ("Medidata and Dassault Systèmes Promotional Materials"). This includes the worldwide right to copy, translate, distribute, exhibit, perform, publish and display the presentation as incorporated in Medidata and Dassault Systèmes Promotional Materials.
