CSPA is pleased to offer conference attendees the option to book their stay at a special rate at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square, at a special rate. The hotel is located at 145 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Please note: room quantities are limited, and bookings are handled directly with the hotel. CSPA does not manage hotel stays or bookings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any room cancellations from Friday, October 2, 2026, prior to the arrival date of November 1, 2026, will result in a 100% room and taxes to be charged to the guest credit card.
Departures prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax.

- King: $259/ night
- Two Double Beds: $279/night
Please review additional fees with the booking agent when you make your reservation, including applicable state and local taxes, as well as other hotel fees.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will accommodate guests arriving before check-in time as rooms become available.
The hotel’s bell staff can store baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Reservations must be made by October 5, 2026, to secure the reduced rate. Individuals must book rooms and payment will be their sole responsibility. CSPA does not manage room bookings or payments.
Individual Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: after this, the individual reservation will be non-refundable.
