Please note: Registrations not paid in full by October 16 will be assessed the full registration price of $110 per person. (Payment must be made by credit or debit card during the registration process or postmarked by the deadline to qualify for the discounted per-person registration fee.) 

ABOUT REGISTRATION:

  • CSPA no longer offers a sliding scale discounted rate based on group size.
  • Please note: Registrations not paid in full by October 16 will be assessed the full registration price of $110 per person.
  • A purchase order is not payment; it is a promise to pay at a later date.

Payment Method and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

  • Registrations not paid in full by October 16, 2026, will be assessed the full registration price of $110 per person. (Payment must be by credit/debit card or by postmarking checks/money orders by October 14.)
  • If paying by check/money order, payment should be sent as soon as possible and no later than October 21, 2026, to ensure processing by CSPA before your arrival on campus.
  • No refunds will be granted after October 16, 2026. Refunds can only be requested, in writing, before October 16, 2026. Plan to bring substitutes to replace delegates who are unable to attend. "No show" delegates will not receive refunds.
  • October 16 is the deadline to remove delegates from your group without penalty. No cancellations after this date; only substitutions and/or additions.
  • Full payment is expected by October 16. After this date, if payment is not received, you will be responsible for the registration fees for all individuals in your group, regardless of whether they attend.

CSPA currently accepts credit/debit card payments exclusively via its registration portal. We are not permitted to accept electronic payments via USPS or by phone.
