Hosted by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Colorado Division of Housing, and Enterprise Community Partners, this year's Summit will once again bring together leaders from nonprofits, public agencies, development firms, financial institutions, foundations, and policymaking bodies from across the state.

Building on the momentum of our 2025 gathering, we'll dive into what's at stake, what's working, and what's possible—featuring success stories from communities across Colorado, expert insights on the state's affordability gap, and lessons from preservation leaders nationwide.
