Room Rate
Elevate-Derm has negotiated a group room rental rate from $314 plus daily resort fee of $30 and $2 per room/per day housekeeping fee, any local/state taxes and fees, per room, per night for standard rooms and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Room Block
The room block is now open. You may select your lodging once you have registered, via the confirmation page.
Room block closes on October 12th, 2026, or once it reaches capacity, whichever comes first.
NOTE: Cancellations made after October 20, 2026 will result in a forfeiture of the entire stay plus applicable taxes & fees.
Traveling to Lost Pines
Air Transportation via Austin-Bergstrom International Airport: If traveling by air, the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AIS) is the most convenient local option for both arrival and departure.

Ground Transportation: The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is located approximately 20 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Car rental options are readily available, as well as rideshare options.
Parking: Valet parking fees for hotel guests will be charged at the posted rate at the time of their stay. For reference, the current Valet Parking charge for hotel guests is $42.00 overnight and $25.00 for day/event parking. Self-Parking for hotel guests is $18.00 per day, and Elevate-Derm attendees are eligible for a 50% discount on self-parking only. Current rates are subject to change and all parking is on a space availability basis.
