2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting Terms and Conditions

Registration and Attendance
By registering for and attending the 2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund. Your registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers. The host (Vituity) reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees who violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or pose a safety risk.

Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the conference and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Suitcasing Policy
"Suitcasing" refers to the practice of conducting business or promotional activities without being a registered exhibitor or sponsor. This includes distributing marketing materials, hosting meetings, or soliciting attendees for business purposes in unauthorized areas. 2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting strictly prohibits suitcasing. Any individual found engaging in suitcasing may be removed from the event without refund and barred from future participation. Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to report any suspected suitcasing to event organizers immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility is subject to the 2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting refund policy, which will be outlined on the event registration FAQ page. The host (Vituity) is not responsible for any costs incurred due to attendee cancellation, including travel and accommodation expenses.

Photography and Media Consent
By attending 2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting, you hereby consent to having your photo/likeness/recordings used in any and all media.

Liability and Indemnification
2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Conference organizers, sponsors, and venue from any claims arising from their attendance.

Amendments
The Conference reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on the official event website. By completing your registration and attending 2026 Vituity Annual Partnership Meeting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
