This two-day Impactful Instructional Leadership: Integrating Credibility & R.I.G.O.R. for Excellence Certification is designed to equip you with the knowledge and techniques that will enable you to lead instructional improvement in your school system.  Based on the Rigor model tool, instructional leaders will analyze learning environments to ensure that observable factors related to rigor are present and developed. The certification hones instructional leaders’ skills in analyzing trends in both teaching and learning and using that analysis to deliver quality professional learning and coaching, with the goal of creating change.  Leading this change requires that instructional leaders develop and maintain their credibility and hone their instructional leadership toolkit.
