NAPA Policies
- Registration and participation in the 2026 Annual Meeting and other activities constitute agreement to the following statements and require consent during the registration process.

- As always, we will continue to monitor and follow the current CDC guidelines and plan accordingly.
Supporting Our Industry
- Attendee and Guest registration fees include a $40 tax-deductible contribution to the NAPA Research and Education Foundation (NAPAREF) to support its operations so it can continue to deliver its many programs including NAPA Care and professor training at the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT).
Registration Payments
- Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Individuals are not considered registered until payment is received. If you have correctly registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Registration@AsphaltPavement.org.
Registration Cancellation
- Cancellations must be submitted by email to Registration@AsphaltPavement.org. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing.
  - Meeting Registration
    The registration fee, less 15% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before December 22. After that date, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to Registration@AsphaltPavement.org.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
- Nationally recognized PDHs may be claimed for attending educational workshops and general sessions at the NAPA Annual Meeting. Each hour of participation earns one PDH. A maximum of 9.5 PDH hours can be earned at the Annual Meeting. Attendees must maintain their own record of attendance. NAPA will confirm an individual’s registration at the request of a licensing or certifying agency. Anyone seeking PDH credits should check with their state licensing board to ensure that self-reported credits will be accepted by their board.
