ECEPTS National Conference on ECE Apprenticeship

Each year, the ECEPTS National Conference on ECE Apprenticeship informs, inspires, and empowers a broad and diverse coalition of early care and education (ECE) leaders, stakeholders, and apprenticeship pioneers.

Participants learn from and about a wide variety of apprenticeships: new, emerging, and well-established; community-based, statewide, and national; designed for newcomers, incumbent workers, and leadership. Plenary sessions highlight apprentice and national voices; breakout sessions address practical strategies and system-wide challenges. 

CONFERENCE OUTCOMES

  • Gain practical skills and strategies to support the design, development, implementation, and sustainability of apprenticeship programs.
  • Explore breakout session tracks, on degree-aligned pathways, statewide initiatives, funding and sustainability, and targeted models (e.g., expanded learning, high school youth, Head Start).
  • Connect with peers and leaders across early care and education, higher education, workforce development, apprenticeship, and policy.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

  • $600 - Super Early Bird (through January 31)
