Jason James is a transformative technology leader who works across diverse industries to accelerate growth, implement next-generation cybersecurity, improve profitability, and achieve exceptional operational results. Jason has 20+ years of experience modernizing IT organizations to ensure the highest level of performance in Cloud and Software-as-a-Service and meaningful improve cybersecurity posture for private-equity-backed organizations as well as publicly traded companies. He has industry expertise in in SaaS, Supply Chain, Healthcare Tech, and Retail/Omnichannel.

Jason is currently the Chief Information Officer for Aptos, the world's largest SaaS specialty retail provider that serves such brands as The North Face, Addidas, Michael Kors, and Cole Haan. He is a regularly featured as a speaker at industry events and contributor to platforms like Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, CIO.com, IDG, and The Enterprisers Project. Jason is a member of WSJ CIO Network and Forbes Tech Council. He holds a master’s degree in applied information management from the University of Oregon and a bachelor’s of science from Oregon State University.

Gary Sorrentino serves as the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Zoom, bringing nearly 45 years of IT experience to the role. His career spans various leadership positions in the financial services sector.

Prior to joining Zoom, Gary was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, where he served as the Global Head of Client Cyber Awareness and Education. In this role, he led cybersecurity efforts and developed a firm-wide "Protect the Client" program to enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees and clients. Before this, he spent over 12 years as the Chief Technology Officer for J.P. Morgan AWM’s global technology infrastructure initiatives, managing the Data Privacy program and overseeing infrastructure, application, and end-user technology production support.

Gary's extensive career also includes positions such as Head of Global Infrastructure and Head of Technology Efficiencies at Citi Private Bank, where he was responsible for global infrastructure support and strategic technology initiatives. He has also served as Global Technology CFO at Credit Suisse and North America IT Controller at UBS.

In his current role at Zoom, Gary focuses on leveraging technology to enhance human-to-human collaboration, with a particular emphasis on optimizing hybrid work environments.
