Values have corrected, transaction volume has thinned, and the bid-ask spread is finally closing — but the recovery will not be uniform across sectors or geographies. This session looks at the overall environment, where marks are still catching up, why the 2026–2027 vintage sets up favorably on entry basis, and what an opportunistic mandate looks like when the opportunity is dislocation rather than development.
