You are invited to the 42nd Soifer (formerly Colorado) Mathematical Olympiad, which will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026. Please arrive at 8 a.m. to the Berger Hall of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus. You will have up to 4 hours, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Award Presentation Ceremonies will follow on Friday, October 9, 2026 in Berger Hall at 2 p.m.
Parking on October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 is free in lots 220, 222, and 224.
This event is for Colorado students in grades 5-12 and is free of charge (if out of state, please write to Dr. Alexander Soifer to request permission). This is an individual competition that does not require any school performance prerequisites. Participants may use calculators but not the internet. We recommend that participants bring a sack lunch and drinks.
Pre-Registration closes on 10/1/2026 at 5pm, but you can still register in person at the event beginning at 7:30 am on Friday 10/2/2026. Thank you, Soifer Mathematical Olympiad
