Refund and Cancellation Policy
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the FPA or FL Perio. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after June 30, 2026.
Please Note: Individuals who are employees of, or representatives for, any company intending to attend for the primary purpose of promoting or selling a product or service are not eligible to register under attendee or guest registration categories. All such individuals must be registered as onsite representatives through the official Sponsorship Contract associated with their company.
