Dubai as a Preferred Seat of Arbitration in the MEASA Region

The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and Boden Law are hosting a key event during Istanbul Arbitration Week to discuss Dubai’s position as a preferred seat of arbitration in the MEASA region. The event will feature a panel discussion with distinguished speakers who will discuss the characteristics of Dubai as a seat of arbitration and recent developments in the jurisdiction, followed by a networking session. This event offers a valuable opportunity for legal professionals, arbitrators, the business community, and stakeholders to gain insights and establish important connections.

Additionally, the event will include an MoU signing ceremony between Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre, marking a significant new partnership aimed at raising awareness of arbitration in both Dubai and Istanbul.
