2026 Leadership Conference

Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the West Palm Beach Marriott for the 34th Annual SHRM Florida Leadership Conference, where your mission objective is leadership excellence! 

Agents, your mission begins Friday evening, October 16th, with a can't-miss networking reception where you'll connect with fellow volunteer leaders from across Florida and establish valuable alliances for the year ahead.

On Saturday, October 17th you'll receive your leadership briefing through a series of educational sessions, leadership insights, and best-practice exchanges designed to help you navigate challenges, strengthen your chapter, and lead with confidence. You'll leave equipped with the intelligence, tools, and tactics needed to accomplish your most important leadership objectives.  

Who Should Accept This Mission?
Chapter Presidents, President-Elects, Board Members, Committee Chairs, other volunteer leaders, and SHRM Florida State Council leaders who will be serving by January 1, 2027.
