Congratulations! You’ve hired new teachers and they are excited to get started. Now you must support them and help them develop into amazing educators who have a significant impact on student learning. We have the tools you need to do just that. This certification provides you with the system necessary to ensure that new teachers feel supported and develop a strong set of skills. We’ll provide you with training materials and supplies including videos to engage new teachers in their continued learning. We focus on creating a learning climate, planning and assessing learning, designing and delivering instruction, and effective instructional strategies that have a significant impact on learning. In addition, we have developed cycles of learning for new teachers and give you all of the forms, PowerPoints, tools, and checklists to implement a comprehensive induction program.

Must be employed by a School System, County Office of Education or Education Service Agency to participate.
The Nourishing New Teachers Certification license is good for three years from the date of the training and is eligible for renewal.
ATTENTION: Corwin strongly recommend having engaged previously in the concepts to obtain a basic foundational knowledge of the topic prior to registering for certification as these contain slightly more advanced content and training.
